Terms and Conditions

We offer training and test for the following categories: D1, D1+E, C1, C1+E, C, C+E. All prices will be quoted before the time of booking but with many costs increasing at short notice prices may change. All quotes will be honoured for a minimum of 48 hours allowing time for you to make payment to secure the course art that price. Once a deposit/full payment has been received your price will be fixed and will not go up.

A non-refundable deposit Is required to book a course, with the remaining balance due no less than 4 weeks before the start of the practical training. If booking a course that starts in under 4 weeks, then full payment will be due to make the booking.

If you need to cancel a training course, we will need a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to not lose your fee or be charged a fee. If you cancel with between 2-4 weeks’ notice, you will get a refund of 75% of the total cost minus the initial deposit. If less than 2 weeks’ notice if given, then all fees would be forfeited.

All our training is completed with DVSA approved driving instructors meaning they are specifically trained to give the best tuition as possible. The training will always be delivered on a 1 to 1 basis, so you’ll never have to share your training time with another trainee.

Ellisons Commercial training limited reserves the absolute right to refuse, at any time, the use of their vehicles for any test/lessons:

If you’re driving is considered below the standard required for the test and the trainer believes you are not safe to be our driving when not supervised
If you appear unwell or to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs including medically prescribed drugs
